Critical-Theory is Six Months Old, Here’s Some of Our Favorite Posts You May Have Missed

Critical-Theory started back in February* as a one man operation (it’s still, mostly, a one man operation) with the idea that critical theory students needed a website to waste time on in lieu of doing real academic work. It turns out, that idea was right.

In the month of July, Critical-Theory received 68,000 visitors from 168 countries and, on average, has doubled its traffic every month. As the primary writer and contributor on CT, it’s somewhat nerve-wracking to be writing for such a huge audience that is arguably far more qualified to write on the many subjects covered here.

I’m also deeply grateful to my readers for putting up with my many grammatical (and sometimes factual) errors.

With such a disparity between the number of readers now and the number of readers even 2 months ago, I think it’s appropriate to post what I consider some of the best stories and links we’ve covered.
